Getting There & What to Prepare

    Lengpui Airport (AJL), Aizawl

    Approx. 32 km from Aizawl and around 40 km from Reiek. Direct flights from Kolkata, Guwahati, Imphal and Delhi. Airport pickup can be arranged on request.

    Sairang Railway Station (SANG), Aizawl

    Aizawl's new railhead, approx. 15 km from the city and around 25 km from Reiek. Connected via the Bairabi–Sairang line; shared taxis and private cabs available for onward transfer.

    Reiek Village Taxi Stand

    Reiek is 29–30 km from Aizawl, roughly 1 to 1.5 hours by road. Shared Sumos and private cabs run from Aizawl; extra services are added during the festival.

    An Inner Line Permit is mandatory for all non-Mizo Indian citizens entering Mizoram. Apply online in advance or collect one on arrival at Lengpui Airport or in Aizawl; carry a valid government photo ID and passport-size photos. Foreign nationals must carry passport and visa copies and register on arrival. No separate permit is needed for Reiek itself — we assist with ILP paperwork before departure.
